Saying the former President is a WAR CRIMINAL is the end to the conversation...
about whether water boarding is torture (because IT IS).
It is also the BEGINNING to the conversation as to whether we need to follow OUR OWN LAWS and arrest him, try him, convict him, and send him to jail. If we don't have to follow our own laws, then I'm never paying a speeding ticket again, since the laws of the country don't matter.
